Your tasks

  • Administration of all HR issues for all our staff in the UK across different locations (Milton Keynes, Edinburgh, field based)
  • Updating of all HR documents such as job adverts, job descriptions, employment contracts (with legal support), onboarding and leaver protocols and others
  • Management of the recruitment processes and of the onboarding of new starters
  • Creation of analysis and reporting for internal purposes as well as for the group
  • Management and support on our HR time keeping and vacation systems
  • Support for employees in case of HR issues

Your profile

  • At least 5 years‘ experience in human resources
  • Profound knowledge in UK labour laws
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook) and HR management tools (time management/vacation)
  • High degree of self-motivation, independent work style as well as being discreet and loyal
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage a range of priorities
  • Collaborative working style, persuasive and clear communication skills
  • Flexible skillset and enthusiasm for a varied role
  • Calm under pressure and strong attention to detail
