There’s a safe, secure way to report any cases of suspected non-compliance by using BayWa r.e. Whistleblower System. Reports may include, for example, offences relating to corruption, breaches of antitrust law, anti-money laundering and data protection regulations as well as violations in connection with human rights and environmental matters in our own business and around the supply chain. You can also report any other behavior that doesn’t align with our principles and standards, like harassment or bullying. At BayWa r.e. EMEA, employees as well as customers, suppliers and other third parties have the opportunity to submit information completely anonymously, if desired.
